Why Nirmano exists
Every AI consultancy in the market right now is selling some version of 'adoption.' Roadmaps, assessments, transformation workshops. Very few are willing to stay long enough to see the work run in production, let alone run it themselves. Nirmano exists because the gap isn't the models. The models are capable enough.
